2024 Voucher Terms & Conditions

Point Collection

The Rally Voucher Scheme is only open to Buckinghamshire Centre members.

The accumulation of rally attendance points will operate from and include the Centre AGM Rally on 11^th November 2023 and operate to the rally proceeding the Centre AGM rally in November 2024.

Each Buckinghamshire Centre rally attended will count as one point regardless of the duration of the rally. (One Point Per Motorhome/Caravan, it is not based on each individual member attending but the unit must be occupied by members for the duration of the rally)

You must remain a member of the Buckinghamshire Centre throughout the 2023/2024/2025 rally seasons, any break as a result of not renewing centre membership at any time will incur a loss of all previously collected points.

You must be attending a Buckinghamshire Centre Rally, invitation rallies you attend from other centres do not count towards your total.

New Centre members may join the scheme at any time during the 2023/2024 rally season, but points can only be collected from the date you become a Buckinghamshire Centre Member, previous rallies attended as any non-Centre members will not be included in your total.

If you do not reach the minimum requirement of 5 rallies, no points will be awarded.

If you fail to reach the next level of points (number of rallies attended) you will only receive the lower, completed award that you have achieved.

Reward Vouchers will be available from and presented with your Attendance Plaques at the AGM in November 2024.

The collection of points will end at the rally prior to the November 2024 AGM.

The website will publish the total points earned here per member quarterly, this may increase competition & encourage more members to attend future rallies.

Spending Points

You must remain a Buckinghamshire Centre member throughout to be able to use the Reward Voucher you have received.

The Voucher must be used by the members that have collected them and not passed on to another member.

The 2024 voucher/points may only be used to pay the Rally Fee for each rally attended from and including the AGM in November 2024 to the rally proceeding the centres AGM in 2025, ALL additional social costs must be paid for by the member.

The maximum amount that can be used in conjunction with rally fee payments is £25.00 at any one time.

Unused voucher points can be carried forward from rally to rally until the total value of points has been exhausted.

Attend 5 rallies you will receive £15.00 Voucher

Attend 10 Rallies you will receive £25.00 Voucher

Attend 15 Rallies you will receive £ 45.00 Voucher

Attend 20 or more you will receive £55.00 Voucher

You must book your rallies via the website, to ensure your rally attendances are recorded for the awards.

You cannot use your voucher to pay deposits for our bigger rallies or holiday rallies where a deposit is required.
