Oliver’s Battery – Spring into Summer
Spring Bank Holiday usually marks the beginning of warmer weather and so, for 2025, we are heading south of Bucks, down to Oliver’s Battery. Located on a prominent hilltop, this is a great site to sit back and relax and enjoy the lovely view over the Hampshire South Downs or maybe to even head out on the walking routes nearby.
At just over two miles from the charming cathedral city of Winchester, the rally site is only a short bus ride away to sight-seeing and shopping options. Alternatively, if you are wanting to venture further afield, you may be tempted to head to the New Forest, or the coast, or you may want to try local attractions such as Marwell Zoo or Paulton’s Park where Peppa Pig can be found.
In pure optimism for favorable weather, your Rally Officers will plan to host some quiet social gatherings over the course of the weekend. Possibly a communal BBQ and hopefully some lawn games for people to enjoy either as a participant or just as a spectator. More details will be made known closer to the time. Whatever is planned though, don’t worry, there will still be plenty of time for doing your own thing to allow this to be a relaxing weekend for all.

We would like to remind you that, for everyone's comfort, dogs must be kept on leads at all times on the rally field, including outside your van.
Due to Caravan Club health and safety rules, we are not able to allow dogs inside the Hall / Marquee / Colman shelters during any social activities.
For the comfort and safety of other ralliers, please ensure that children play ball games well away from the proximity of caravans and cars.
